Megyn Kelly: ‘Being Adult Film Star Doesn‘t Make You a Liar‘

NBC host Megan Kelly on Thursday defended porn star Stormy Daniels after President Donald Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, slammed her as a .

"Being an adult film star does not make you a liar," Kelly said  on Thursday.

During a visit in Israel on Wednesday, Giuliani said he does not believe Stormy Daniels when she says she had a sexual encounter with Trump because she "sells her body for sexual exploitation,"

"I respect women — beautiful women and women with value — but a woman who sells her body for sexual exploitation, I don't respect," Giuliani said, The Hill reported.

Kelly pushed back at the remarks during a discussion on her show – using as an example first lady Melania Trump, a former model.

"Melania Trump is classy and gorgeous, and I really admire her," Kelly said. "But she has posed nude for GQ magazine back in 2000."

"I'm not comparing the two. Posing nude is not the same as being a porn star, but come on," Kelly said.

Giuliani also said in his overseas remarks that Melania Trump believes her husband's denials about having an affair with Daniels in 2006, but Kelly cast doubt on the claim, asking her audience: "Do you believe that Melania Trump believes Donald Trump?"

A chorus of "no" was the response.

The first lady has not publicly commented about any of the sexual misconduct allegations against her husband.

Daniels is suing Trump and his personal lawyer Michael Cohen to nullify a $130,000 nondisclosure agreement related to the alleged affair that she signed weeks before the presidential election.
